Since 2011, Clearfield Metal Technologies has been producing small to large complex sintered metal components to a wide variety of markets. With a focus on “rethinking metal”, discovering new methods, and doing powder metal differently, we continue to provide unique, and value add solutions to our customers. With steady growth since inception, we have continued to add to our capabilities and capacity over the years, including our most recent 825 Ton press installment which is capable of producing components up to 10” in diameter. In addition to our versatile press lineup, we also offer sinter hardening capabilities that provide heat treat properties through rapid cooling thus yielding improved part quality and consistency as compared to traditional oil quench heat treatments. In house high-speed CNC lathes and mills round up the final processing thus enabling us to be more vertically integrated and providing our customers with a completely finished product.
