Heather Ecklund is the Plant Manager for Clearfield Metal Technologies. She is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in the powder metal industry beginning her career in 1994. With extensive experience spanning various key roles including Quality Manager, Quality Assurance Coordinator, Inspection Supervisor, Quality Inspector, and Molding Operator. Heather possesses a comprehensive understanding of quality management principles and practices within the powder metal sector. Heather's leadership skills, coupled with her dedication to excellence, have consistently contributed to the success and operational efficiency here at CMT. When she is not working, Heather enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, and kayaking.
