Open up any social media platform, and you know what you will find right now. As we all know, COVID-19 is spreading, and many people are concerned about their personal health, as well as the health of their loved ones. This has impacted many people, and the way that we all interact and socialize. It has made us rethink a lot of things that normally we would do without even thinking about it. In spite of this, and what I love the most about people, is that when it comes down to it, there are many good people in the world that will do anything they can do to help someone else. I have seen people do things that are outside of their normal comfort zone, for example, there are a lot of people in our neighborhood who are just randomly dropping off food on porches for the needy. We even have a local glove company changing their process to make masks for nursing homes! It’s times like this that bring us all together as one…to help those in need, and to show compassion and love to the world around us. These examples remind me that we are all in this together, and that we depend on each other. At Clearfield, we recognize this, and we stand ready to help wherever we can.
